The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the professional Designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.

Qualification is Based on Production

 with 75 sides residential  (no land or mobiles) in 5 years period or $25 million in any 5 year period, take 2 core classes 2 units each and 4 units of electives - I did this one with more than 75 transactions in 5 years

OR

 with 25 sides no time limit or $8 million with a minimum of 10 sides transaction within any two year period, take 3 core classes 2 units each and 4 units of electives

Kitty's family returned to Charleston in 1968 when my father retired as a Master Chief in the US Navy. I started in Real Estate in 2002 after 20 years of retail management.
